  • Flag raising at area schools
  • Teaches flag etiquette classes at area schools
  • Posts the Colors for both area high schools for their home football games
  • Co-sponsors a local Boy Scout Troop
  • Provides military honors for veteran’s funerals
  • Provides educational scholarships
  • Presents an annual First Responders Award
  • Partners with the Ag Boosters and the FFA to promote and raise funds for the Central Valley Honor Flight
  • Sponsors the Voice of Democracy for the elementary school level and the Patriots Pin for the high school level
  • Sponsors Boys State that teaches high school juniors how government works from the city to the state level
  • Promotes the Buddy Poppies
  • Conducts a Memorial Day ceremony at the Los Banos Cemetery
